Charlottenburg is worth a visit
Charlottenburg is the social centre of the former West Berlin. It is a very old part of the city, which is civilised and littered with atmospheric cafes, delicious restaurants and quiet bars.
Berlin's Bars and Berlin's Restaurants worth a visit
If you are looking for a place to dine, you could do worse than to try Filou on Bleibtreustrasse 7, Charlottenburg, where the dishes are focused around a meat grill.
For a bar, why not try the Bauhaus cinema known as the Universum Lounge (on Kurfurstendamm), a converted 1920's building.
An alternative area for lively Berlin bars is Kollwitz Platz. This square is brimming with good quality watering holes.

A new club, which is much talked about. Spindler & Klatt is a huge lounge/club/restaurant that serves Asian cuisine in plush surroundings.
Where is the best Place for a Berlin Breakfast?
Kunstler Cafe, Berlin
There is only one place to try a huge German breakfast is The Kunstler Cafe, (Fasanenstrasse 23, Charlottenburg). Alternatively many of the Berlin hotels offer an open breakfast, most notably The Adlon (Unter den Linden 77).
Where is Berlin's Greenery?
Gruenewald, Berlin
Believe it or not Berlin does have some beautiful green areas. If you head south on the S Bahn (line 7) to Grunewald, you will find beautiful woods. The journey takes about 50 minutes.
Grosser Wannsee, Berlin
If you can spare time, it is certainly worth getting some fresh air and wandering around Grosser Wansee lake. You can even take a boat ride or sunbathe on Strandbad Wannsee.
